Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a delivery station, ensuring efficient processing and dispatch of packages.
• Supervise and motivate delivery associates and warehouse staff, including training and scheduling.
• Monitor station performance against metrics such as on-time delivery, efficiency, and safety compliance.
• Implement policies and safety regulations; troubleshoot issues to minimize disruptions.
• Prepare performance reports and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
