Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Delivery Station Supervisor to oversee daily operations for JD.COM INTERNATIONAL UK LTD, ensuring efficient processing and dispatch of packages. You will lead a team to meet targets while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise and motivate a delivery station team, including training, performance management and scheduling.
Manage daily inbound/outbound package flow with accurate sorting, scanning, and loading.
Monitor station performance against metrics like on-time delivery and safety compliance.
Enforce company policies, safety regs, quality standards and operational guidelines.
Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
Maintain inventory records and monitor package movement and equipment.
