You will lead automated guardrails, encryption, access governance, and secure AI/LLM pipelines, shaping enterprise-wide resilience across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Hands-on data security controls (DSPM, DLP, classification, encryption, access governance).
• Strong automation and scripting skills to implement guardrails and remediations.
• Experience embedding security checks into CI/CD with developers and data engineers.

Responsibilities

• Embed security in data team processes and risk assessment.
• Build secure data pipelines and automated protections at scale.
• Design CI/CD gates and IaC baselines to prevent leaks.
