Qualifications

• Hands-on data security experience with DSPM, DLP, encryption and access governance.
• Automation skills to translate security goals into code and scripts.
• Experience embedding security into CI/CD pipelines with developers and data engineers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with data teams to understand data handling and risk profiles.
• Build secure solutions with collaborative engineering rather than prescriptive requirements.
• Identify recurring issues and fix systemic vulnerabilities with central security engineering.
• Bridge security standards with real-world data practices across teams.
• Design and maintain automated workflows to detect and remediate data security risks at scale.
• Deploy monitoring, guardrails, and auto-remediation across cloud environments.
• Engineer CI/CD gates and IaC baselines to prevent data leaks.
• Support encryption, masking, data discovery, classification, and access governance rollout.
• Secure LLM/AI pipelines by guarding against prompt injection and tracing data lineage.
• Prioritize DSPM findings and document tools to enable a Security-as-Code mindset.
