You'll lead an individual contributor role translating business risks into a scalable defense strategy, partnering with engineers, data teams, and stakeholders to enable safe innovation and growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and running data security controls (DSPM, DLP, encryption, data governance).
• Strong automation and scripting skills to translate security goals into code and remediation scripts.
• Experience embedding automated security checks into CI/CD pipelines with developers and data engineers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with data teams to understand data handling and risk profiles.
• Build secure solutions with data teams through collaborative engineering.
• Identify recurring issues and fix systemic vulnerabilities with central security engineering.
• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows to detect data security risks at scale.
• Deploy monitoring, guardrails, and auto-remediation in cloud environments.
• Engineer CI/CD gates and IaC baselines to prevent data leaks.
