Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors seeks a senior leader to own Enterprise Data Governance and Stewardship, ensuring trusted, governed data across processes, analytics and client deliverables. You will direct Data Domain Management, Data Quality, metadata and lineage while aligning with risk and regulatory needs.

The role requires shaping enterprise standards, coordinating data ownership across business, operations and technology, and driving adoption of data governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership in enterprise data governance and related disciplines.
• Ability to translate data strategy into operating models and governance forums.
• Experience guiding multidisciplinary teams and driving accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data governance and stewardship across the firm.
• Oversee data triage, lineage, quality and issue management.
• Establish governance frameworks, policies and data ownership.
• Coordinate resolution of data issues and preventative controls.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive adoption of data standards.
• Ensure transparency of data health, risks and remediation progress.
• Support data product certification and trusted data sources.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing data team.
