Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Shift Manager for its data centre operations in Slough. The role involves supervising planned and reactive maintenance, coordinating shift teams, and ensuring compliance with site safety policies and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will act as an Authorised Person, manage safety paperwork, and maintain a professional CBRE image while delivering excellent customer service to clients and visitors.

Qualifications

• HV Authorisation experience and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift teams to ensure safe, high-quality maintenance within site SLAs.
• Lead on safety, permits to work, and risk assessments for on-site tasks.
• Liaise with Engineering management and client personnel on site policies and health and safety regulations.
• Maintain documentation including RAMS, job packs, and CBRE procedures.
