A leading B-Corp retailer in London seeks a Lead Data Analyst to advance their analytical capabilities and drive data maturity. This role involves managing at least one analyst while also contributing individually. You'll be responsible for reporting and analytics across supply and operations, collaborating closely with Product and Tech teams. Technical expertise in SQL, Tableau, and Python is essential. This position offers an annual salary of £85,000-£95,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Impressive background in analytics, ideally from Ecommerce/Marketplace.
• Technical expertise with SQL, Tableau/Looker/PowerBI and Python.
• User funnel analysis, segmentation, and LTV forecasting experience.
• A/B Testing experience.
• Familiarity with mentoring and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting and analytics for the supply and operations functions of the business.
• Lead initiatives end-to-end, building and validating datasets, developing reporting.
• Collaborate with key business partners in Product, Tech, and other teams.
• Communicate insights effectively, translating analyses into actionable recommendations.
• Engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, aligning insights with strategic goals.
• Lead and manage one analyst, supporting their success and development.
• Provide mentorship to the wider analytics team.
