Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development, driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

What You Bring:

  • Ability to create a caring and supportive environment, nurturing talent and role-modeling a coaching culture.
  • Dedication to delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring dishes meet high standards.
  • Experience in maintaining food, health, and safety standards, and understanding kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Focus on building a coaching culture, working with the Head Chef on recruitment and development.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions.
