Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in food preparation and team skills.
  • Maintain impeccable food safety, health, and safety standards, and understand financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.

  • Be a proactive problem solver, making quick and effective decisions.
