Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be a leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering outstanding results.

What you bring:

  • Ability to create a caring and supportive environment, nurturing talent and promoting a coaching culture.
  • Dedication to providing excellent guest experiences and maintaining high standards in food preparation.
  • Experience in maintaining food, health, and safety standards, and understanding financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
  • A proactive approach to building a coaching culture and fostering personal and professional growth within your team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
