Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. Your responsibilities include coaching and developing your team, driving restaurant performance, and delivering exceptional results.

What we look for:

  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to have considerate and supportive conversations.
  • Experience maintaining high standards of food safety and health & safety.
  • Understanding of kitchen financials, including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
  • Ability to build a coaching culture and foster personal and professional growth within your team.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions.
