As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development to help your team excel, while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

What we look for:

• Experience leading a kitchen team, driving performance in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to have meaningful conversations and support your team
• Knowledge of food safety, health and safety standards, and financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
• Ability to build a coaching culture, recruit, and develop your team
