Senior Sous Chef | Full time

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

  • Are dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience, ensuring dishes meet high standards and your team is well-equipped.
  • Maintain impeccable food, health, and safety standards, and understand financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Build a coaching culture, working with your Head Chef to recruit and develop your team, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Are a proactive problem solver, able to make quick decisions on your feet.
