Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

You will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. Supporting continuous coaching and development, you will drive restaurant performance and deliver excellent results.

  • Are dedicated to delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring dishes meet high standards.
  • Maintain impeccable food, health, and safety standards, and understand kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Build a coaching culture within your team, working with your head chef on recruitment and development.
  • Are a proactive problem solver, capable of making quick decisions.
