Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to achieve excellence, while driving restaurant performance and delivering outstanding results.

Responsibilities include |

  • Creating a caring and supportive environment where your team feels valued and celebrated.
  • Ensuring exceptional guest experiences through high standards of food preparation and team training.
  • Maintaining impeccable food, health, and safety standards, and understanding financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
  • Building a coaching culture within your team, supporting recruitment and ongoing development.
  • Demonstrating problem-solving skills and quick decision-making abilities.

  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a caring and considerate approach.
