Outcomes First Group is seeking a Lead Clinician - Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist at Overton School in Shropshire. The post combines clinical leadership of the in-house Clinical Team with a therapy caseload, delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils with complex needs.

You'll collaborate with the SLT, regional clinical lead, and school staff to support EHCP outcomes, develop the service, and contribute to safeguarding and professional development within a

Qualifications

• BSc (Hons) Speech and Language Therapy.
• HCPC registration or equivalent professional body membership.
• Valid and up-to-date professional registration (e.g., BPS).
• Experience with autistic individuals or complex needs.
• Clear, concise clinical and research report writing.
• Experience supervising and supporting a therapy team.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work dynamically within a growing clinical service.
• Experience working in multi-professional teams in the specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the in-house Clinical Team and manage line supervision.
• Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils.
