Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Lead Clinician - Psychotherapist, SaLT to lead a multidisciplinary clinical team in an educational setting. You will split time between leading the team and maintaining a therapy caseload, delivering bespoke assessments and interventions for pupils aged 11–19.

The role requires HCPC registration, a relevant psychotherapy or SLT degree, and a full UK driving licence, with a 37.5-hour week and permanent contract. The Shires Oakham is the site in Oakham, Rutland.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Psychotherapy (minimum level 7) / Speech and Language Therapy.
• Experience in Clinical Leadership and Management.
• Registered Practitioner with the HCPC or other approved governing body.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Experience within the specialist client group; autism and/or complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Split clinical leadership and therapy caseload.
• Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students.
• Coordinate line management of onsite clinical team and lead service development.
• Work with SLT and Regional Clinical Lead to integrate clinical practice.
