Outcomes First Group leads a Lead Clinician – Occupational Therapist role at Dibden Park School in Hampshire. The post blends clinical leadership with a therapy caseload to support pupils, including those with autism and complex needs, within a multidisciplinary team.

The role focuses on meeting EHCP targets, delivering bespoke assessments and interventions, and developing the clinical school service alongside SLT and the Regional Clinical Lead.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered Occupational Therapist.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own transport.
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience, preferably in child/education setting.
• Experience with autistic individuals and/or complex needs.
• Experience supervising and supporting a therapy team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the in-house clinical team at Dibden Park School and collaborate with SLT.
• Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils with complex profiles.
• Coordinate line management and development of the school-based clinical service.
