Shire Healthcare is recruiting a Lead Clinician for a specialist school near Southampton. The role splits between clinical leadership and maintaining a therapy caseload for children and young people with complex needs.

Permanent contract with term-time or flexible full-time options; required registrations include HCPC or UKCP/BACP. Relevant degrees include Occupational Therapy, SLT, Psychology or Psychotherapy.

Formación

• Degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Psychology or Psychotherapy.
• HCPC registration or UKCP/ BACP membership is required.
• Experience working with children and young people with complex needs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a clinical team in a specialist school setting.
• Hold a therapy caseload while providing professional leadership.
• Work with children and young people presenting autism, trauma and SEMH needs.
