Aztec Group is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to lead a team handling company secretarial and governance for real asset structures. You will work with a Company Secretarial Manager and Corporate Secretaries to deliver award-winning outsourced solutions.

As a Manager / Manager II, you will guide a team, drive process improvements, and support growth across the business. The role emphasizes collaboration, change readiness, and delivering high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Proven legal and administration experience with Chartered Governance level or equivalent.
• Experience in the administration of Companies, Limited Partnerships and Trusts.
• Experience of client relationship management and stakeholder management.
• Sound people management expertise.
• Great attention to detail.
• Experience of minute writing and review.
• Sound technical financial services knowledge (via Aztec Academy).
• Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships.
• Act as a B level Authorised Signatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering company secretarial matters for a large client base, including board material review and agenda coordination.
• Manage day-to-day company secretarial and client relationship issues.
• Oversee client billing and governance-based queries; drive process improvements.
• Ensure high-quality output, including board packs, filings and minute writing.
• Support adoption of new technology within the team.
• Oversee onboarding and compliance processes such as AML status checks.
• Maintain accurate entity records and timely amendments.
• Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues across groups.
• Represent the team on group projects and mentor staff.
