Job summary

Aztec Group is seeking a senior regulatory authority to join its Compliance Regulatory and Governance team. Reporting to the Global Head of Compliance, you will provide second-line assurance, lead cross-jurisdictional policy development, and drive unified regulatory frameworks across the group.

You will mentor local Compliance Officers, oversee governance, and promote a culture of ethical conduct and rigorous oversight.

Qualifications

• Extensive (minimum 10 years) experience in Compliance, AML, financial crime, or related role in the financial services industry is essential.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing Compliance strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the global Compliance strategy across jurisdictions.
• Lead creation and maintenance of unified policies and frameworks.
• Oversee governance reporting to ERC, RAAC, and Boards across jurisdictions.
• Mentor and develop Compliance Officers and teams across regions.
• Manage regulatory change and drive a culture of ethical conduct.
