Job summary

Aztec Group is seeking a finance professional to administer a portfolio of fund structures and support senior reporting managers. The role includes onboarding investors, AML/KYC compliance, and coordinating with legal and tax advisers.

You will attend client board meetings and ensure timely financial statements while maintaining high service standards and regulatory compliance. Hybrid working and diverse benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services with funds administration.
• Proven ability to manage small-to-mid client relationships.
• Experience acting as a level B signatory on administration matters.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for administrative matters for multiple fund structures.
• Manage onboarding and subscription processes for investments into underlying private equity and funds, including AML/KYC and documentation.
• Lead Luxembourg transfer agency operations and ensure accurate processing of investor transactions.
• Coordinate legal, tax and other professional advice.
• Attend client board and shareholders meetings and minute them.
• Ensure timely preparation and filing of financial statements per regulatory guidelines.
• Act as B-level signatory and uphold policy and regulatory standards.
• Assist with billing and time analysis, manage aged debtors.
• Supervise and train staff; participate in appraisal processes.
