WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking an enthusiastic Associate/ Associate Director to join the Roads team in Belfast. You will provide technical leadership, oversee multi-disciplinary highway schemes, manage budgets and client relationships, and mentor junior staff to deliver high-quality designs.

You will work within a culture that values innovation, inclusion, and flexible working arrangements, with hybrid office/home options and a focus on work-life balance.

• A broad range of project experience focusing on highways and multidisciplinary projects.
• Ability to direct and check design outputs in relevant software.
• Proven track record in delivering schemes with strong client relationships.
