Job summary

You’ll lead teams in high-acuity environments, support PBS implementation, risk assessments, and safeguarding while developing through a structured leadership pathway toward Service Manager roles.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in complex care settings.
• Experience with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health.
• Experience handling behaviours that challenge and aggression.
• Ability to make safe decisions under pressure.
• Experience supervising staff during incidents.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and supervise staff.
• Ensure care plans and PBS plans followed.
• Coordinate staff deployment and risk assessments.
• Support safeguarding and incident reporting.
• Promote least restrictive practice and de-escalation strategies.
