Job summary

Accomplish in Cardiff Supported Living is seeking a dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our team. This permanent, full‑time role offers 40 hours per week with a pay rate of £14.45 to £15.05 per hour. You will oversee a team of Support Workers and ensure high standards of person‑centred care in line with care plans.

You will liaise with health professionals and families, report accurately, and contribute to audits and supervisions. NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care is required.

• NVQ / QCF L3 in Health & Social Care is required.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of Support Workers.
• Providing high standards of care and support for people we support, in line with care and support plans.
• Encouraging good community relationships by promoting activities.
• Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans.
• Liaise with health professionals and families.
• Complete supervisions and audits.
• Ensure duties are performed to required standards and contribute to a happy, homely atmosphere.
