Job summary

Keys Care is seeking a Senior Support Worker for Cardiff Supported Living. You will lead a team, deliver person-centred care, and work to care plans within a welcoming, home-like environment. DBS checks are provided by Keys, alongside ongoing career development.

This role requires an NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care and a commitment to promoting independence for adults with mental health needs, autism, and learning disabilities.

Qualifications

• NVQ / QCF L3 in Health & Social Care required.
• Experience in supported living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of Support Workers.
• Providing high standards of care and support in line with care plans.
• Encourage good community relationships by promoting activities.
• Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans.
• Liaise with health professionals and their families.
• Complete supervisions and audits.
• Ensure duties undertaken by staff meet required standards and contribute to a positive, homely atmosphere.
