Partnership of Care in South Wales is seeking an experienced Team Leader in Supported Living to lead and support a dedicated team on shift. You will oversee medication administration, safety plans and risk assessments, and promote independence through life skills coaching.

The role offers permanent or part-time contracts with a focus on person-centred care, ongoing training, and genuine career progression opportunities. A full driving licence is required to fulfil duties.

• Full Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and supervise on shift as a Team Leader.
• Administering medication and ensuring counts and competencies are correct.
• Design and implement support plans and risk assessments with your line manager support.
• Support service users with food preparation and life skills to promote independence.
• Help service users develop relationships with family and friends.
