NAZARETH CARE CHARITABLE TRUST in Cardiff, Wales is seeking a Senior Care Assistant. You will lead the care team to ensure a safe, effective and efficient service and maintain clear records and communications related to clinical and care delivery.

The role requires a caring, empathetic approach with strong supervision of individuals and teams. Ideally, you hold NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Adults) or be willing to undertake the Level 3 qualification.

Qualificações

• Must ideally hold NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Adults).
• Experience at Level 3 or willingness to undertake Level 3 qualification.
