National Care Group Limited is recruiting a Deputy Manager for Wellington Support's residential services in Northampton. The role leads a team to deliver person-centred support, ensuring safe high-quality services across our sites.

You will coach and develop staff, liaise with external agencies, and manage daily operations in a hands-on leadership position. Salary up to £29,484, based on experience, with 37.5 hours per week.
