Job summary

Walsingham Support is seeking an experienced Supported Living Manager to oversee up to four services across Minsterley and Pontesbury. This hands-on leadership role combines administration with frontline shift work to ensure high-quality, person-centred support.

You will lead teams, coordinate care plans, and travel between sites with a full UK manual driving licence. The post offers 37.5 hours per week and a salary of £31,559.56 per annum, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care and supporting adults with learning disabilities.
• Full UK manual driving licence is essential.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills across multiple sites.
• Ability to oversee four services and lead a teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
• Manage the day-to-day running of multiple Supported Living Services.
