You will shape requirements, document processes and ensure high-quality delivery through effective stakeholder collaboration and continuous improvement.

The role supports agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies, with a focus on data, systems, and process improvements to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing BA teams in complex change environments.
• Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into practical requirements.
• Proficient in Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Strong data analysis skills, including understanding data flows and API dependencies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the BA function across projects and delivery teams.
• Champion best practice in business analysis and leverage tools/standards.
• Ensure requirements are well-defined, traceable and aligned to business objectives.
