Hastings Direct is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to own analysis and design across a defined domain, shaping complex requirements and guiding delivery. You will mentor Senior and Junior BAs while collaborating with senior stakeholders and technology partners to ensure high-quality change outcomes.

The role emphasises leadership, best-practice governance, and driving continuous improvement within a hybrid working model, with offices in the UK.

Competenze

• Significant experience leading business analysis across complex projects, programmes or domains.
• Strong experience leading, coaching and developing BAs at different levels.
• Confident working with senior leaders, technical teams and third parties.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience in Agile environments (BDD, SAFe or Scrum) across multiple priorities.

Mansioni

• Lead business analysis and design activity across your domain, from initial discovery and requirements through to delivery and business readiness.
• Shape, analyse and document complex requirements, facilitating workshops and translating user and business needs into clear specifications and process designs.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and mentoring to Senior BAs, BAs and Junior BAs, supporting their development and building capability across the team.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, technology teams and third parties, providing trusted advice and visibility of risks, dependencies and progress.
• Champion BA standards, methodologies and best practice, driving consistency, quality assurance and continuous improvement across your domain and the wider BA community.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies and governance requirements, ensuring change delivers the right outcomes for customers and the wider organisation.
