Job summary

Betty, a leading entertainment company blending real-money online casinos and casual mobile gaming, seeks an experienced App User Acquisition specialist in Greater London. You will drive UA campaigns, collaborate with design and analytics teams, and own performance across platforms to grow user revenue.

You will manage AppsFlyer, GA4, and iOS SKAN reporting, craft data-driven strategies, and communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on app user acquisition experience.
• Experience with AppsFlyer or another MMP and app user reporting.
• Strong understanding of iOS tracking including SKAN reporting and handling non-consented users.
• Experience with GA4: event setup, custom reports, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally with stakeholders.
• Proven track record of executing performance marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design teams to create engaging and high-performing advertising creatives.
• Drive innovative marketing initiatives by generating ideas and coordinating with stakeholders for execution.
• Execute, optimize, analyze, and report on the performance of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Develop expertise in the North American gambling market while collaborating with a cross-functional team.
