Lead AI Solutions Engineer

Youll work on impactful high-visibility projects defining architectures creating solution specs and leading technical delivery to ensure successful outcomes. Youll serve as a hands-on tech lead : breaking projects into executable units and guiding teams through delivery.

Job requirements

• Strong solution architecture mindset : Ability to translate complex or ambiguous business needs into clear actionable designs and specifications.
• Leadership and delivery skills : Experience leading technical projects end-to-end structuring work coordinating engineers and ensuring on-time high-quality delivery.
• Structured problem-solving : Skilled at understanding customer requirements breaking them into components and defining practical paths to execution.
• Client-facing collaboration : Experienced working directly with business and technical stakeholders to capture requirements propose solutions and drive alignment.
