Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Lead Integrator to coordinate dependencies and complex AI-enabled client relationship capabilities for CIB. This is a multi-year transformation moving from 60+ systems to a single Client Relationship Spine, delivering end-to-end client activity views.

You will establish integration points across labs and platforms, sequence work with lab leadership, manage third-party suppliers, and ensure safe, pacey delivery while shaping the governance and enterprise change

Qualifications

• Strong Corporate & Institutional Banking knowledge.
• Passion for AI and emerging tech; hands-on with current tools.
• Experience integrating AI/GenAI products into enterprise environments.
• Proven track record delivering complex, high-risk implementations with safe delivery.
• Ability to coordinate interlocks across teams, platforms and third parties in agile environments.
• Experience with Agile ways of working and Product Operating Model.

Responsibilities

• Establish the pivotal integration points across labs and platforms, and communicate them clearly to relevant stakeholders.
• Develop the sequence for integration-related tasks in collaboration with lab leadership and aligned to the lab backlog.
• Catalogue and manage dependencies between the platform and other teams, coordinating with external parties to secure interlock.
• Identify blockers to delivery and escalate to Product Owners or platform leadership when needed.
• Lead complex, high-risk implementations requiring integration across multiple internal and external parties.
