Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Lead Integrator - Data Transformation in Bristol. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on translating strategic data initiatives into coordinated delivery across business, product, data and technology teams.

You will drive data, analytics and AI initiatives, align dependencies and enable scalable, evidence-based decisions that improve customer outcomes and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating complex cross-functional transformations involving client, operations, technology and data changes.
• Ability to create and maintain integrated plans with clear milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Proven capability to lead through influence and establish governance in delivery environments.
• Understanding of AI-driven capabilities and the platforms to deploy them at scale.
• Focus on delivering customer value, operational performance and sustainable benefits.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the integrated Platform plan connecting outcomes and milestones across workstreams.
• Create a single, transparent view of progress, risks, assumptions and dependencies for leadership.
• Bring together business, operations, journey, product, engineering, data, architecture, risk, control and change colleagues around shared outcomes.
• Embed Data, Analytics and AI capabilities into client journeys to improve experiences and business performance.
• Identify gaps and dependencies, facilitate decisions and drive actions to resolution.
• Establish governance and rhythm that enables pace with accountability.
• Prepare concise updates for senior leaders highlighting interdependencies.
• Coordinate readiness across people, process, technology and data for live operation.
• Continuously improve Platform operations drawing from delivery learnings.
