Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Lead Integrator to coordinate AI-enabled Client Relationship capabilities for the Corporate & Institutional Bank. You will map integration points, sequence work with lab leadership, and manage internal/external parties to deliver high-risk implementations safely and at pace.

The role sits at the platform level, shaping the Client Relationship Spine and data foundations for 2030, requiring a delivery-focused, commercially minded professional with deep industry

Qualifications

Experience leading AI integration projects in enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of Corporate & Institutional Banking or financial services.
Proven ability to coordinate dependencies and delivery across multiple teams and third parties.

Responsibilities

Establish pivotal integration points across labs and platforms and communicate them to stakeholders.
Plan and sequence integration tasks with lab leadership and backlog alignment.
Manage platform interlocks with external parties to ensure fast, safe delivery.
Identify and mitigate blockers, escalating to Product Owners when needed.
Coordinate complex integrations across shared infrastructure and third-party vendors.
Oversee contract performance, service levels, and governance support across teams.
