Job summary

The role requires strong governance, commercial acumen and the ability to translate complex delivery into actionable priorities, delivering measurable customer value and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional transformations with multiple delivery teams.
• Ability to create integrated plans, risk views and dependencies.
• Experience leading through influence with governance and momentum.
• Understanding of AI-driven capabilities and platform deployments at scale.
• Proven ability to align senior leaders across business and technology.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the integrated platform plan linking outcomes and milestones.
• Provide a single view of progress, risks, dependencies and benefits.
• Align teams across business, product, engineering, data, risk and change.
• Embed Data, Analytics and AI into client journeys to improve outcomes.
• Identify gaps and drive decisions to resolution with clear governance.
• Establish rhythms and decision pathways to enable pace and accountability.
• Prepare concise updates for senior leaders on interdependencies.
• Coordinate readiness across people, process, tech and data for live operation.
• Continuously improve platform operations and delivery scalability.
