Job summary

LGT Wealth Management UK LLP is seeking a Senior AI lead to partner with business units, shaping AI-enabled workflows for a regulated banking environment. You will design and roll out AI agents, monitor performance and continuously improve impact while collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation.

The role requires strong experience in AI systems, LLM integration and cross-functional leadership, with excellent English communication and a background in enterprise technology.

Qualifications

• Experience working at the intersection of business and technology.
• Strong understanding of AI systems, LLMs, and agentic workflows.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical and responsible solutions.
• Strong communication skills in English; German and other languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to understand workflows and identify AI value opportunities.
• Lead AI use cases end-to-end from discovery to rollout and continuous improvement.
• Design, build and adapt AI agents and AI-enabled workflows for regulated banking environments.
• Take ownership of deployed AI agents by monitoring usage, performance and impact; drive optimisation with stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops to identify, prioritise and shape high-impact AI use cases and practical implementation paths.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology, translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Capture learnings from deployments and feed them into reusable patterns across the organisation.
