Job summary

LGT Wealth Management UK LLP in London seeks an experienced AI professional to partner with business units and design AI-enabled workflows within a regulated banking environment. You will drive end-to-end AI use cases from discovery through deployment, ensuring alignment with governance and risk requirements.

This role requires hands-on experience with modern AI systems, LLM integration, and observability, plus strong stakeholder engagement across UK and international client bases.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical/analytic field.
• Experience at the intersection of business and technology.
• Strong understanding of business processes and stakeholder needs.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying technology solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of modern AI systems, agentic workflows, LLM integration and observability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to identify AI opportunities and measurable value.
• Lead end-to-end AI use cases from discovery to rollout and optimization.
• Design and adapt AI agents to fit regulated banking processes.
• Monitor usage, performance and impact of deployed AI agents.
• Run workshops to shape high-impact AI use cases and implementation paths.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate clearly.
