Financial Conduct Authority seeks an experienced AI Engineer to architect and deliver LLM-enabled systems with RAG, vector databases and orchestration frameworks. You will lead engineering teams, define standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive analytics-led solutions in a regulated environment.

Experience with AWS AI services, Bedrock, and end-to-end DevOps practices is essential for production readiness and secure deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering cloud solutions on AWS and deploying in live environments.
• Backend engineering experience building production services and APIs.
• Experience leading engineering teams and setting standards/patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end AI architectures and systems.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and release practices for AI services.
• Define monitoring, observability, and cost metrics across projects.
• Lead engineering teams and align on standards/patterns to resolve delivery challenges.
