La Fosse is partnering with a market-leading fintech in London to hire a Senior AI Engineer. You will lead the design and delivery of production-grade AI systems embedded in core business operations, shaping how AI is adopted across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering production AI systems from design through to deployment.
• Strong expertise with Generative AI, LLMs and agentic AI architectures.
• Excellent software engineering skills across APIs, cloud platforms and distributed systems.
• Ability to influence engineering standards across multiple teams.
• Experience with AI platforms, LLMOps or MLOps would be highly beneficial.
• Background delivering AI solutions within enterprise or regulated environments is desirable.
