Job summary

LGT Vestra LLP is seeking a senior AI/ Technology professional to lead end-to-end AI use cases, translating complex business needs into practical AI-enabled solutions within a regulated banking setting.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, bridge business and technology, and drive continuous improvement of AI agents and workflows to deliver measurable value for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience at the intersection of business and technology.
• Ability to translate business needs to technical solutions.
• Strong English communication.
• Knowledge of AI systems, LLMs, and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to understand workflows and AI opportunities.
• Lead AI use cases end to end from discovery to rollout.
• Design and adapt AI agents and workflows for regulated banking environment.
• Own deployed AI agents, monitor usage and impact.
• Facilitate workshops to identify high-impact AI use cases.
• Bridge business and technology by translating requirements into solutions.
• Capture learnings and drive scalable improvements.
