Job summary

MrQ in the United Kingdom seeks a hands-on creative technologist to lead AI-driven design, video and campaign work. You’ll prototype with image and video models, set up pipelines, and turn the best ideas into player-visible outputs that stay on-brand.

You’ll build tools, train teammates, and shape workflows, while evaluating new models, managing costs, licensing and provenance. Join a fast-moving, multinational team and help define responsible AI practice in a regulated entertainment business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a hands-on creative role with craft across design, motion, video or creative technology.
• Deep, practical fluency across modern generative AI for image, video and audio, plus LLMs for creative and production workflows.
• Enough technical ability to build and automate, scripting or node-based work to connect tools and remove manual grind.
• Proven ability to teach, coach or build things a team adopts and keeps using.
• Genuine curiosity about casino, gaming or entertainment and understanding of why people play.
• Honesty to call out AI hype when you see it, including when it's coming from us.

Responsibilities

• Lead briefs from concept to delivery across design, motion, video, and AI pipelines.
• Prototype using image and video models, experimentation with models and pipelines.
• Maintain brand quality; ensure outputs are on-brand and high-quality.
• Build and maintain tools, templates, and automation that the team uses daily.
• Coach and run hands-on sessions to share workflows across disciplines.
• Scout and test new models/tools with cost, licensing and provenance in mind.
