Job summary

VIDIT TECHNOLOGIES is expanding its AI & Innovation team in the United Kingdom and seeks an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, build and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions for business clients.

You will collaborate with researchers, data scientists and software engineers to translate business problems into practical AI outcomes, and you will contribute to data pipelines, model training and MLOps practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
• Experience building and deploying production ML models
• Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with LLMs and generative AI (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain)
• Knowledge of NLP or computer vision
• Experience with MLflow, Kubeflow or similar MLOps tools

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy machine learning models into production environments
• Work with clients and internal teams to translate business problems into AI solutions
• Build and maintain data pipelines for model training and inference
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and feature engineering
• Evaluate and benchmark model performance against business objectives
• Implement MLOps best practices for model versioning, monitoring and retraining
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI into applications
