Job summary

Aqovia UK Limited is seeking a 110% hands-on AI Lead to own the internal AI roadmap from day one. You will audit friction points, write, test, and deploy production-ready AI agents and automated workflows to boost growth and margins.

Starting as our primary AI builder, you will prove value through shipped code and earn the mandate to scale a dedicated team. You will work directly with the CEO and department heads in our Soho office with remote options.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience deploying live AI workflows/agents; portfolio to be discussed in interview.
• Experience with Python and TypeScript in building AI solutions.
• Knowledge of AI pipelines, agents, and automation tooling is essential.
• Ability to convert business bottlenecks into high-ROI technical builds.

Responsibilities

• Ship code: design, code, and deploy custom AI agents, LLM pipelines, and system integrations from scratch.
• Automate core operations across Sales, Finance, and Talent & Web teams.
• Drive strategy: map internal workflows, prioritize high-ROI projects with leadership.
• Build for scale: lay the technical foundation to hire, mentor, and lead an AI team.
