Job summary

Quadmark seeks an AI Technical Solutions Lead to act as a trusted technical authority across AI programmes. This senior IC role involves hands-on work with models, APIs and labs, translating complex ideas into practical solutions for clients and teams.

You’ll split time between new client opportunities and reviewing ongoing AI programmes for quality, readiness and risk mitigation, ensuring technical credibility at every touchpoint.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and testing AI tools, labs or API integrations.
• Strong understanding of large language models, context, data flows and multimodality.
• Experience with AI patterns like RAG, embeddings and fine-tuning.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted AI technical advisor to clients and internal teams.
• Build and test lightweight prototypes, labs and internal tools to validate ideas.
• Work directly with AI models, APIs and developer tools to test approaches.
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear briefs for varied audiences.
• Advise on AI tools and approaches for different client needs.
• Identify where expectations diverge from reality and address it constructively.
• Review content and demonstrations for accuracy before learners.
• Brief facilitators on AI concepts and likely client questions.
