Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in R&D environments or creative technology or a related field with product responsibility for stakeholders.
• Proven experience leading product discovery through user interviews, focus groups, surveys and direct engagement.
• Experience setting KPIs and OKRs, delivering against roadmaps and measuring outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
• Ability to connect technical capabilities to practical applications and measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on experience prototyping and building solutions using prompts, agents, retrieval systems and workflows.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models, prompt engineering, AI agents and AI-powered creative apps.
• Demonstrated ability to balance scope, speed and quality, and keep delivery moving.
• Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and a drive to experiment and apply them.

Responsibilities

• Turn emerging AI technology into creative possibilities and practical impact across Banijay Entertainment.
• Turn ideas into clear product briefs, specifications and roadmaps with delivery plans and success measures.
• Develop working prototypes, AI-powered tools and production workflows; connect AI with creative tech to explore possibilities.
• Collaborate with developers, data scientists and project managers to take solutions from concept to launch.
• Evaluate pilots, gather user feedback and refine the experience against quality, time or cost objectives.
• Turn proven pilots into reusable solutions and group capabilities with proper handovers and documentation.
• Support adoption through demonstrations, user testing and practical guidance for teams.
