Job summary

MrQ is seeking a seasoned, hands-on creative leader to drive AI-enabled design, motion and creative technology. You will prototype and deploy AI-driven workflows, build scalable tools, and coach a small, fast team to deliver brand-aligned work at speed.

You will balance creative craft with technical automation, ensuring output stays on-brand while exploring the cutting edge of image, video and audio generation for campaigns and activations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a hands-on creative role; design, motion, video or creative technology.
• Deep, practical fluency across modern generative AI for image, video and audio, plus LLMs for creative and production workflows.
• Enough technical ability to build and automate, scripting or node-based work (Python, JavaScript, APIs).
• Proven ability to teach, coach or build things a team adopted and kept using.
• Genuine curiosity about casino, gaming or entertainment.
• Honesty to call out AI hype when you see it.

Responsibilities

• Take briefs from concept to delivery with AI integrated into the workflow.
• Prototype new AI-driven approaches and turn them into work that players will see.
• Maintain brand quality; ensure AI output remains on-brand and craft-focused.
• Develop tools, templates and pipelines to scale AI-assisted production.
• Coach and train teammates on new workflows and models.
• Evaluate new models/tools and provide clear cost, licensing and provenance recommendations.
